Based on product safety, product nature, and saleability, we are unable to return or exchange products in the following categories: underwear, socks, babysuits, personalised products.

Is the shipping fee charged for exchanges?

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to our company, then we will send you a new product without charge.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item 

The goods need to be submitted for replacement within 7 working days after you pick up or sign the goods (send a notification email). After confirming that the replacement conditions are met, we will send you a confirmation email, please send the good back in the following 7 working days.

How long can I receive the exchanged product 

Once we receive the product you need to replace, we will send you the replacement product as soon as possible, or you can choose to pick up the goods in the store, saving you the waiting time. The exact time depends on the specific circumstances of the transportation company.
